Warehouse Supervisor - Onshore

We are looking for Onshore Warehouse Supervisors for an upcoming project in Taiwan.

Oversee various warehouse locations to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials to service operations.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities across onshore and offshore operations ensuring smooth operational flow.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate warehouse performance.

• Manage warehouse budgets, optimize resource allocation, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Collaborate with service operations to identify pain points, synergies, and opportunities for mutual improvements.

• Lead, coach, and support the professional development of a multicultural, highly skilled team in supply chain operations both onshore and offshore.

• Proficient in computer applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP/AX).
