Job description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of offshore wind projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the offshore wind industry who enjoys coordinating logistics, supporting project operations, and working with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day project activities run smoothly by coordinating logistics, supporting operational processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and operational support for offshore wind projects.

  • Organise and support port call activities, including port pass applications, hotel bookings, transportation, and other logistical arrangements.

  • Manage project administration, including timesheet approvals, purchase order (PO) requests, and other internal processes.

  • Assist with invoice processing and coordinate with local suppliers and service providers.

  • Act as a key point of coordination between site teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all records are complete and up to date.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to facilitate the successful delivery of offshore projects.

  • Support Project Managers with ad hoc tasks and contribute to the smooth execution of project activities.

Job requirements

·       Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

·       Willingness to communicate, socialise, and actively listen to team members and stakeholders.

·       Committed to supporting successful and efficient project execution.

·       Ideally at least 2 years of experience in the offshore wind industry, either in on-site operations or remote project support.

·       Technical background or exposure to blade-related activities would be advantageous.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

·       Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

·       Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Willingness and flexibility to travel for port call activities and project support when required.

·       Ability to commute between ports and project locations efficiently.
