This will play a key role in supporting the Operations team by managing and enhancing data management and reporting functions across core technology platforms and provide general IT support.

Job description

  • Create, manage, and optimize workflows and reporting structures within the field reporting tool (Collabaro) to align with the needs of the Operations team.

  • Support, customize, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data exports from field reporting tools(s) and other integrated platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, liaising with web-based software support and internal stakeholders as required.

  • Provide training and guidance to Operations staff on field reporting software features, system updates, and best practice usage to achieve the “Gold Standard.”

  • Partner with Operations leadership to identify and implement improvements in reporting, workflows, and operational efficiencies.

  • Ensure data integrity and reliability across system integrations and related platforms.

  • Offer frontline IT support for company hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

  • Assist with network-related troubleshooting, including VPN access, Wi-Fi performance, and basic network diagnostics, in collaboration with the Corporate IT department.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including device configuration, user account management, and system access provisioning.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets within the division, including laptops, phones, tablets, and related equipment.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field preferred (experience may substitute).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or software platform management.

  • Hands-on experience with field service management systems strongly preferred.

  • Solid understanding of user journey optimization and using technology to enhance operational workflows.

  • Strong understanding of process improvement and change management protocols.

  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript or similar) is desirable.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power BI or equivalent data reporting tools.

  • Experience with Collabaro and Salesforce a plus

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

  • Familiarity with supporting field operations teams is advantageous.

  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and Cisco network environments.
