Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Operations Support to join global organisation.
About the Role
As the Head of Operations Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of multiple departments, including Projects, HR, Technical, Stores. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Head of Operations, identifying operational improvements, ensuring compliance, and driving collaboration across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Operations on operational matters and strategic initiatives.
Oversee and optimise operational processes across multiple departments.
Identify and implement continuous improvements in line with industry and legal standards.
Foster a collaborative, member-centric approach.
Act as an interim Head of Operations when required.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in leadership and management within an operational or support services environment.
Strong understanding of operations within the renewables industry.
Knowledge of compliance, standards, and certification processes (desirable).
Track record of implementing operational efficiencies,.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally.
