Job description

The Visa Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the visa application process for employees traveling internationally for various projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the visa application process for employees traveling to international locations for project assignments.

  • Collect and verify required documentation from employees for visa applications, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations.

  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing agencies to facilitate timely visa approvals.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for different countries, providing guidance to employees on necessary steps and deadlines.

  • Track the status of visa applications and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of visa processes and timelines for various countries.

  • Assist employees with any inquiries or issues related to the visa application process, providing support and solutions as needed.

  • Collaborate with HR and project management teams to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements and project timelines.

  • Prepare reports on visa applications and travel statistics for management review.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in visa coordination, immigration services, or a similar role is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of visa processes and requirements for multiple countries.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.

  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
