Are you a master of organisation and a pro at keeping projects on track? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in delivering successful projects!
**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage requests and tasks using ERP system (SAP).
Perform essential administrative duties and maintain the staff rota.
Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain an up-to-date training matrix.
Communicate with customers as needed.
Assist the management team as required.
Job requirements
**Qualifications:**
Proficient in IT (preferably SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Valid driver's license.
**Competencies:**
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
Strong IT proficiency (preferably with SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Solid administrative skills and relevant experience.
Experience in planning and coordination.
Background in operations, site, or service support.
Excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to decision-making.
Capability to provide support and coordination to management.
