Offshore Project Manager (Taiwan Based)

The Offshore Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating offshore projects.

This role involves liaising with clients, ensuring project milestones are achieved, and managing financial reporting related to project budgets and expenditures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of offshore projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and facilitating clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Prepare and present financial reports, including forecasts, budget analyses, and project expense tracking, to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure project alignment and success.

• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with offshore project management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
